Adam finally got his ipod touch 5 for his 13th birthday, he saved up half and we paid half.  Summer and I tried to recognize the moment on the cake by making a fondant ipod.  Not a great success.

Ziplining in Oregon

Adam's birthday gift request was ziplining with the family. 

 We went to High Life Adventures in Warrenton near Astoria.  There we took a zip line tour.  Eight different ziplines varying in height and length in a pristine part of Oregon's beautiful forest land.

 Hard to know what to do with the camera, do you take it and risk dropping it, or leave it and risk missing the awesome photo ops that may come up.

At the end of one of the ziplines there was a sasquatch hiding behind a tree.  It was kind enough to hang around long enough for a photo shoot.

 It was a brilliant day, I would love to do it again.
